In this week’s show, Jamil explains how cricket got him into his passion, psychology. How he learned hypnosis and mind reading from Derren Brown. How he fell on hard times in the corporate world and decided that he should chase his passion which propelled him into running a very successful business.
“I think the smart leader doesn't work on people's actions but works on their thinking. It's the difference between compliance and commitment”
